刘晓泽,男,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才,湖北省海外高层次人才。主要研究内容是光场和低维半导体耦合的光物理和调控机制,及其在量子光学和光电器件的应用。研究的低维半导体以多种范德华体系的二维半导体为主。结合这些半导体,在激子物理、光场相干调控、非线性光学和玻色子凝聚态等方面的量子光学和光电应用开展了较为系统深入的研究。多次以第一/通讯作者在Nature Materials, Nature Photonics, Phys. Rev. Lett., Light Sci. Appl., Nano Lett.等期刊上发表过研究成果。课题组目前承担国家自然科学基金委、国家科技部\中央高校基本科研业务费等科研项目。

Dr. Xiaoze Liu, PhD Advisor, our current research focuses on the cavity quantum dynamics and related photonic applications based on the coupling between photons and low-dimensional semiconductors. The studied low-diemensional semiconductors mainly include two-dimensional semiconductors of van der Waals materials. By leveraging these semiconductors, we investigate intriguing physical topics such as exciton physics, optical coherence, optical nonlinearity and bosonic condensation for fundamental study and applications in quantum optics and optoelectronics. Research works have been published in scientific journals, including first-/corresponding- authored papers in Nature Materials, Nature Photonics, Phys. Rev. Lett., Light Sci. Appl., Nano Lett., etc. Our research also gets support from the National Natural Science Foundation, National Key R&D Program, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, etc.
