1. 简介:
u 李建民副教授,beat365体育官方网站,硕士生导师,中国可再生能源学会会员。
u 主要从事CIGS和Sb2(S,Se)3等无机光伏材料与太阳能电池器件研究。2021-至今,连续在锑(Sb)基薄膜太阳能电池领域实现突破。2021年11月,实现了Sb2(S,Se)3效率达到10.7%,该效率是锑基电池领域的最高记录;2022年8月,纯S体系Sb2S3电池性能打破了自2014年以来的效率记录,达到8%;2022年10月,纯Se体系Sb2Se3电池性能达到10.57%。
u 近年来,主持并参与多项课题项目(国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金、福建省太阳能转换与储能工程技术研究中心开放课题、beat365体育官方网站青年教师资助项目、香港创新与科技基金等)。
u 目前,已在国际期刊和会议在线发表56篇论文,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials(2篇)、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Science(2篇)、Science Bulletin、Nano Energy、Chemical Engineering Journal(2篇)以及JMCA(3篇)等杂志38篇,申请6项中国专利,已授权3项。
u 受邀参加20多场学术会议,其中邀请报告10多次。
u 目前担任了Energies杂志的Topic Editor(2021-至今);Crystals杂志 Guest Editor, (2021, Special Issue on Advances in Solar Cells);Recent Patents on Nanotechnology, Section Editor (2022)。
